Symptoms


The Windows 7 platform displays multiple logon profiles for each user after installing the Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) client. There should only be one user logon profile displayed for each of the users. The issue is confusing to the users as they are not sure which profile to use for authentication.

Changes

Enabled Pre-Logon Authentication Provider (PLAP) with the wireless configuration on Windows 7 workstations.
