SOA 11g Composite Deployment Fails with ORA-00001 and JTA Exceptions in Cluster (Doc ID 1401587.1)

Symptoms

SOA 11.1.1.4 in Cluster

During deployment of composite with Policy Store migrated to Database, the following exception is seen while composite is trying to be deployed into soa-diagnostic.log file:

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Cannot call rollback when using distributed transactions
at weblogic.jdbc.wrapper.JTAConnection.rollback(JTAConnection.java:387)
at org.eclipse.persistence.internal.databaseaccess.DatabaseAccessor.basicRollbackTransaction(DatabaseAccessor.java:1503)



And in standard out log file - i.e soa_server1.out -:

Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (DEVWC_OPSS.IDX_JPS_RDN_PDN) violated

Error Code: 1
Call: INSERT INTO JPS_DN (ENTRYID, RDN, PARENTDN) VALUES (?, ?, ?)
