Checklist for Errors in WebCenter Content that Reference Object in the CTXSYS Schema (Doc ID 1403120.1)

Goal

When errors appear in WebCenter Content during a collection rebuild and SearchIndexerEngineName is set to DATABASE.FULLTEXT or OracleTextSearch, the errors may contain a reference to objects in the CTXSYS schema. If this occurs, a checklist on the CTXSYS schema should be performed to verify that the Oracle Text part of the database is in working order. 

The following steps must be performed by a database administrator, not as the WebCenter Content user.
