Reconciliation From AD Target Is Failing With Null Pointer Exception (Doc ID 1404113.1)

Using AD connector to configure reconciliation from ADAM system.

The OOTB solution has been customized with some fields added in the process form, resource object and AtMap.ADAM lookup. The connector is able to fetch user data from target (confirmed in logs), yet the Null Pointer Exception occurs and recon fails. No recon event is generated.
