Stuck Threads causing Performance Issues with WebCenter Spaces while Doing Login, Rendering Pages or Navigating (Doc ID 1405093.1)

Symptoms

 

WebCenter Spaces has Performance Issues.

Performance issues are observed while Doing Login, Rendering Pages or Navigating. 

Generated Thread dumps of the WebCenter Managed Server Process (PID) as follows:

$ while true ; do kill -3 <PID>; sleep 10 ; done

 

The Thread Dump showed stuck threads like the following:
