Composite with Spring Component Fails to Load after Server Restart in Cluster

If a composite containing a SPRING component fails to load after restarting the SOA server in a clustered environment, then you are most probably facing this issue:
The problem occurs with composites having a BPEL process which uses a SPRING component in the flow. Whenever an inbound or outbound adapter fails for any reason and a restart of the server is needed, after the restart the composite goes into a pending state and there is no way of accessing i until it is redeployed.
