Symptoms

Message are failing to reach their endpoint through B2B and the audit information for them is missing while the Application Message tab displays them as MSG_COMPLETE.

Log file contains the following error:

Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01691: unable to extend lob segment <>_SOAINFRA.SYS_LOB<ID> by 1024 in tablespace <>_SOAINFRA
