Symptoms
When using the Auto Task functionality of the AXF task list, users receive "ADF_FACES-60096" error after completing the first task and waiting for the next task to display.
The following errors are seen in the Imaging diagnostic log:
ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NullPointerException
ADF_FACES-60098:Faces lifecycle receives unhandled exceptions in phase RENDER_RESPONSE 6
Error reading cache image[[javax.imageio.IIOException: Error reading PNG image data
ADF_FACES-60098:Faces lifecycle receives unhandled exceptions in phase RENDER_RESPONSE 6
Error reading cache image[[javax.imageio.IIOException: Error reading PNG image data
Image Caching is turned on. Users do not get the error when they are not using auto task to retrieve the next task or if they use the Imaging Advanced Viewer.
