Goal

The following error is returned when accessing the Imaging Worklist:

Insufficient privileges to authenticate on behalf of another user. User [admin_user] cannot authenticate on behalf of user [ipm_user] without admin privileges. Only users with admin privileges can authenticate on behalf of another user.
