A Microsoft C++ Runtime Error occurs when attempting to access the Windows GINA (type Ctrl+Alt+Del) from the desktop on a Windows PC that has the Cisco Unified Personal Communicator software installed with ESSO-LM and/or ESSO-PR. When the user clicks on the Ok button to acknowledge the error, the PC locks up and has to be rebooted to recover.

Installed the Cisco Unified Personal Communicator software on workstations with ESSO-LM and/or ESSO-PR.
