Opening the Content Presenter Config Wizard takes 16 seconds or more.
The following error occurs in the WebCenter log:
[<TIMESTAMP>] [WC_Spaces1] [WARNING]  [oracle.webcenter.doclib.internal.view.presenter.ScenarioDataSource] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '1' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: <USERNAME>] [ecid: <ECID>] [APP: webcenter#220.127.116.11.0] [URI: /webcenter/faces/oracle/webcenter/page/scopedMD/se7efc5b7_30da_47e2_8447_e8987231ea7a/Page4.jspx] There was the following error while trying to retrieve Scenarios from the following Conductor/Namespace: http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/wcps/api/conductor/resourceIndex/null - java.net.ConnectException: Tried all: '1' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP to server: '<HOSTNAME>, port: '<PORT>'
