Goal
How does a "visually impaired person, get clues, when he/she logs into WebCenter Portal? Where does one set these preferences"? Or is there a way for the WebCenter Administrator to tag that user as visually impaired person and once he/she logs in for the 1st time it takes him/her to that screen?
