Account Drop-down In Check-In And Search Pages Is Not Listing External (LDAP) Accounts (Doc ID 1413490.1)

Symptoms


You have defined one or more accounts (as groups) in the WebLogic DefaultAuthenticator or another WLS security provider that points to an external LDAP server such as Oracle Internet Directory or Active Directory.

When logging on to the Webcenter Content UI and accessing the users' profile page, the accounts are properly listed.

Problem: when accessing the Check-In page or Search page, the accounts drop-down list is not populated with the accounts the user has access to.
