.NET CQC misses some EntryInserted events for entries inserted prior to creating the CQC

Symptoms
A cache is populated with say 10k entries. Now when a ContinuousQueryCache is instantiated with an AlwaysFilter in .NET, 10k EntryInserted callbacks are expected to be received by the registered listener.
However it has been observed that the events received are less than 10k.
This does not happen if we use a JAVA based extend client in the same setup.
