State And Deq_time Columns in WF_BPEL_Q Not Getting Updated After Message Is Processed (Doc ID 1413875.1)

Symptoms

The issue is encountered when using the Oracle Applications Adapter to listen for events from the E-Business Suite (EBS). When a new message arrives, it is being passed by the adapter for further processing to either BPEL, or OSB, but although it's successfully processed, the message is still in "Ready" state and the deq_time is still Null in the WF_BPEL_Q so it's not reflecting the correct status.

No errors were found in the log files that would suggest an issue with the Applications Adapter.
