Modified createUser method in tcUtiliPlanetUserOperations class in the SJSDSProv.jar (Doc ID 1414243.1)

Purpose

An adapter factory task that uses the SJSDSProv.jar API, but the createUser method of the tcUtiliPlanetUserOperations class has changed in the latest version (9.0.4.15) of the SJSDS connector. As currently the connector does not come with a javadoc -This article explains the parameters for the createUser() method
