WebCenter Portal Application Re-Deployment Raises ORA-00001 When OPSS is Configured In Database (Doc ID 1414333.1)

Symptoms

The WebCenter WebLogic domain has been configured for DB policy storage . If an application is deployed and re-deployed, there are ORA-0001 error raised in the managed server log file.:
