Oracle iPlanet Web Server Reports the Error HTTP4068: Cannot Execute CGI Script (Doc ID 1415176.1)

Symptoms


On Oracle iPlanet Web Server web server running CGI applications, the following error is observed:

[22/Dec/2011:22:52:20] failure (28675): for host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx trying to GET /test/cgi-bin/test.cgi, cgi_start_output reports: HTTP4068: cannot execute CGI script /export/iws61/docs/test/cgi-bin/test.cgi (Request pipe I/O failed [Resource temporarily unavailable]), chroot=<none>, dir=<none>, user=<none>, group=<none>
[22/Dec/2011:22:52:25] failure (28675): for host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx trying to GET /test/bi/cgi-bin/test.cgi, cgi_start_output reports: HTTP4068: cannot execute CGI script /export/iws61/docs/test/cgi-bin/test.cgi (Request pipe I/O failed [Resource temporarily unavailable]), chroot=<none>, dir=<none>, user=<none>, group=<none>
