B2B 11g: Continuous Logging With$WorkWithListener (Doc ID 1415437.1)

There are continuous j2eeworkmanager warning messages getting logged in server output. The logging is continuous and may create Giga of loging.
This is observed when there is an issue on the DB level and the server lost the connection to DB.
Also, stuck threads are observed on the server.
