High CPU When Calling SAML2 Redirect Hanging at java.util.zip.Inflater.inflateBytes(Native Method) (Doc ID 1416007.1)

Symptoms

Decreased performance and high CPU condition together with several threads hanging with the following stack trace can be observed:

"[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '49' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'" RUNNABLE
java.util.zip.Inflater.inflateBytes(Native Method)
java.util.zip.Inflater.inflate(Inflater.java:238)
java.util.zip.Inflater.inflate(Inflater.java:256)
com.bea.security.saml2.binding.impl.BindingUtil.deflateDecode(BindingUtil.java:124)
