In Oracle iPlanet Web Server, return headers are not case sensitive and this is functioning appropriately per RFC# 2616 (Doc ID 1416105.1)

Goal

The goal is to explain that there's no compulsion on iPlanet Web Server plug-in
since RFC#2616 states "Field names are case-insensitive".

and customer has question to avoid this replacement but Web Server does not have
such a function.
