E-Business Suite Release 12 login fails with 500 Internal Server Error when accessing EBS Authorization from Oracle Access Manager (OAM) (Doc ID 1416404.1)

Symptoms

Integrated E-Business AccessGate as described in "Integrating Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 with Oracle Access Manager 11gR1 (11.1.1.5) using Oracle E-Business Suite AccessGate"

When trying to access E-Business, after validating user get status 500 Internal Server Error when accessing "/ebsauth_dev/ssologin" URL.

After authentication phase both variables needed by E-Business are set correctly (USER_NAME and USER_ORCLGUID). However, after authorization phase these variables do not appear.
