Retry Logon prompt appears when accessing a web-based application

The ESSO-LM 22.214.171.124.0 agent responds to the application, injects the credentials and auto-submits. After a couple of seconds, the agent detects the logon fields again, injects the credentials and auto-submits again. As a result of the subsequent logon occurring within 30 seconds, the user is prompted by the Retry Logon dialog to enter their credentials again.
