Symptoms

When logging on to the WebCenter Capture Import/Export utility, the following error is received:


Failed to log into Oracle Document Capture. com.jniwrapper.win32.automation.AutomationException: COM object method returns error code: 0x80020009; DISP_E_EXCEPTION (Exception occurred.)
