Administration Console Hangs While Browsing Large Domain and Running WebLogic Diagnostics Framework (Doc ID 1418138.1)

Symptoms

The Administration Console hangs when attempting to refresh any content page, until it retrieves all the information from the managed servers. This problem is observed whenever a large environment (up to 30 Managed Servers) has been configured. Also, it is important to highlight that the WebLogic Diagnostics Framework (WLDF) is enabled, covering the whole environment. If thread dumps are gathered at the moment, the following trace can be observed:
