Content Items with Watermarks are Failing to Full Text Index.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When checking in Word documents with Watermarks to Webcenter Content (formerly UCM) 11g (with Inbound Refinery conversion enabled), the word document does not get full text indexed due to the following errors:
Content has been indexed with Info only. Resubmit should only be performed if the problem has been resolved."
Error stack trace shows the following :
