Webcenter Content Server Not Starting Up After Uninstalling 10G CoreUpdate Bundle (Doc ID 1418783.1)

Symptoms

Disabled the 10G coreupdate bundle component and then uninstalled it .

Now the Webcenter Content server fails with the following error:

"Unable to alter the process. Unable to execute action 'start' on server 'UCMSERVER'. Please check the error logs for a full description of the error."
