Goal

Note: WebCenter Spaces has been renamed to WebCenter Portal. In versions prior to 11.1.1.7, the term 'spaces' was used. In 11.1.1.7 and beyond, 'spaces' will now be referred to as 'portals'.

When configure an identity store with WebCenter Spaces (via WLS providers), If SSL port is chosen, the JNDI connections are not pooled by default, causing the increase response time and performance problems when looking up user/group/anything from the id store
