In SOA Cluster, Inbound File Adapter Fails with '[ORA-00001: unique constraint violated Error' after Reading the First File

On SOA cluster environment, file adapter is able to process the first file, however, when picking up a 2nd file or subsequent file with the same name, the following error occurs:

The adapter will only work after restarting the SOA server or redeploying the project.
