Accordion Menu In Portlet Stuck After Reload (Doc ID 1420884.1)

Symptoms


A portlet contains an accordion style menu.
Another WebCenter application contains the WebCenter Composer.
The portlet is added to this application by using the Add Content feature and adding it from the Resource Catalog.

This works fine when the application is run and the page is first displayed. All expected data is seen and the accordion menu works as expected.
However, when the page is reloaded, the accordion menu becomes stuck and cannot be used. It is unresponsive to any user interaction.
