Symptoms
While using Weblogic 11gR1 domains with RSA’s BSAFE CryptoJ package in FIPS140_MODE and adding the CryptoJ jar to the jre/lib/ext folder and setting the provider in java.security as well as specifying the initial mode to FIPS140_MODE, will lead to the following error as WebLogic Server attempts to encrypt anything:
WebLogic and NodeManager start correctly.
5. Put criptoFIPS.jar in CLASSPATH (commEnv.sh)
6. Put -Dweblogic.security.SSL.nojce=true as JAVA_OPTIONS (commEnv.sh)
