Datetime Value Format is Reset to Default DD/MM/YY when Revisit the Tab of 'Value Format' (Doc ID 1423225.1)

Symptoms

When defining a Report to use a particular presentation format (for example: 'dd-MMM-yy') the Report definition is saved, and used, without any problem.

However if the 'Value Format' tab is re-entered, the format mask originally chosen (eg: 'dd-MMM-yy') is not highlighted. Instead the default value (dd/MM/yy) is selected instead.

The issue is that the new value selected is not showed when you revisit the tab of 'Value Format', it shows the first(default) value .
