WebLogic Server running as a Windows Service, shows error: <BEA-090052> <Server installed as Windows NT service with incorrect password for user "foo" on log files. (Doc ID 1423724.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Password with special characters fails running as windows services.

When you run the Windows Service, it will change the status to "Started"  but if you refresh the services it will change to empty status without any error message.
The server will never start.

The server log file should show BEA-090052 error message like bellow:
