Emanager Not Notifying The Alerts

On : R6.3 version,

eManager is monitoring multiple domains, alert agent has been setup and configured to send alerts via the eMail channel.

After 5 minutes of runtime the alerts are no longer generated in the eManager Alerts tab, and no new emails are sent.
