Date Metadata Fields Set to Non-Searchable After Server Restart (Doc ID 1425931.1)

Symptoms

After a server restart, some metadata fields have their Searchable field set to NO. You can change this value back to YES using Admin Applets, but the issue recurs on the next server restart.
