Symptoms
When trying to configure Oracle Proxy Plug-in (oracle_proxy.dll) to forward requests to Oracle HTTP Server (OHS), the plug-in fails to load into Internet Information Services (IIS) with the following error, when the site is accessed in the browser from the IIS machine.
If you have the log_file configured for IIS Proxy Adapter in the Windows Registry there will not be anything written to the log file for this error.
