Users Created In OIM While Ldap Sync Was Down Cannot Be Updated Or Deleted When Ldap Sync Restored (Doc ID 1427807.1)

Users were created through trusted recon while LDAP Sync to OVD/ODSEE was down. After restoring LDAP Sync, user records do not get reconciled back to ODSEE and as a result, one cannot make any changes to these user records in OIM since the records are not synchronized with ODSEE


"The Disable operation failed. Disabling failed because user <User_Name> is not synchronized to the LDAP directory."
