Users Can Create Spaces On Webcenter Spaces Without Proper Privileges (Doc ID 1427915.1)

The WebCenter Role of Authenticated-User only has the "View Application" permission enabled, but any authenticated user without any additional privileges assigned can create Spaces.

The policy store was configured to be in Oracle Internet Directory (OID) following the documentation below:
