Symptoms

When using Oracle GlassFish Server 2.1.1 Patch 15, the user inputs are intermittently getting lost between the browser and the application.  This problem is not seen in GlassFish Server 2.1.1 Patch 14. There is no change in the application.  GlassFish Server restart clears the issue.
