"An error occurred while saving the page security settings" When Trying to Delete An User (Doc ID 1429963.1)

A group space was imported with an user that does not exist in the target. Now, after being imported, the user name appears under the Set Page Access and it cannot be deleted. The following error appears when trying to delete from the set page access:

No errors are registered in the logs. This error occurs also when modifying the access for other existing users.

Checking from OID, the user did not exist but grantees and permission information exists for that user in OID.

Deleting the user in the source and re-exported/imported the group space did not fix the issue, the username still appears. Also, grantees and permission were deleted from OID and the issue is the same.
