The JMS Adapter Can't Connect To The JMS Server After The JMS Server Migration Completed

SOA/Weblogic 220.127.116.11.0 on cluster environment:
SOA environment is built on two node Weblogic cluster. The JMS server is configured as migratable server. There is no problem with JMS server itself. It can be successfully switched to another node whatever using manually migration or auto migration.
But the problem is once the JMS server switch to another node. All the JMS subscriber adapter will not connect to JMS server anymore. it doesn't know the JMS server has been switched and will always try to connect to original JMS server. If restarting all JMS adapter (by restart composite) again, The JMS adapter will work again.
When the problem happens, the Managed server has the following error:
