How to Relink Oracle Reports in Version 11g/12c on Unix (Doc ID 1430223.1)

Goal

There are times when one needs to manually relink the Reports executables. In Reports 10g, the steps are described in <Note:557845.1>.  However, the steps are slightly different in Reports 11g/12c due to the different file system architecture introduced in Reports 11g/12c.

Note:  All references to Reports 11g in this article include both 11gR1 and 11gR2.
