Symptoms
When you try to use the JAWS screen reader with WebCenter Spaces and navigate to the Preferences page, JAWS does not read the label for the "Application Skin" field. Instead, JAWS says "no preference combo box". Here is a screenshot of the Preferences dialog for reference:
