Goal

By default, when doing an Edit of an item in the Managed Attachment, the client will use Webdav protocol to communicate with the WebCenter Content server (formerly UCM, Universal Content Management).

When accessing the WCC from Windows 7 clients that have Office 2007 or 2010 installed, there are known issues when using Webdav that can cause items to either not get checked out or not being able to check the item back in.
