Task Assignees Not Receiving Email Notifications (Doc ID 1431583.1)

Symptoms

You've developed a process with a human task, and configured it so that notifications are sent when the task is assigned.  You've configured your environment with an LDAP provider, but you observe that the email notifications are not sent to the task assignees. The users are present and integrated with Weblogic, and users are able to log in to Worklist and view their assigned tasks.  And if you check the log files, there are no errors seen.  In fact, you can see the email notification generated:
