Symptoms
1. Oracle Report URLs fail with SSO enabled, if disabled then Report URLs run without issue.
2. Reports use to run with SSO however started to fail recently.
3. When attempting to log into SSO the following errors are documented in the ssoServer.log:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("ORASSO"."WWSSO_AUDIT_LOG_TABLE_T"."SUBSCRIBER_ID")
