Why do we see [ERRNO][DEBUG] messages logged in futuretense.txt when we set com.fatwire.logging.cs=DEBUG? (Doc ID 1435132.1)

Symptoms

We set com.fatwire.logging.cs=DEBUG in our commons-logging.properties file in the WEB-INF/classes directory of the deployed ContentServer application.  After setting this property and restarting the application, we see [CS][DEBUG] messages, but we now also see [ERRNO][DEBUG] messages as well, even though we did not set this logger to debug.
