WCI Portal: Unable To Browse For Community In Experience Rules Manager When More Than 50 Communities Exist (Doc ID 1435209.1)

Symptoms

When trying to select communities in an experience rule (using the experience rules manager in WebCenter Interaction administration) and if there are more than 50 communities in the portal, it is not possible to select a community in the list.Instead of showing you a list of communities, it will show you the administrative folder structure without including communities.

Similar behavior also extends to other objects such as groups and users, as described in knowledge article # 1053071.1.
