Purpose

IMPORTANT NOTE :

Both FMW 11.1.1.6 and Oracle Access Manager 11.1.1.5 have been replaced with newer versions. As such, the instructions in this document should not be used anymore to install a new Portal 11.1.1.6 environment. Refer to Note 1561436.1

This document will provide instructions to install and configure Oracle Portal with Oracle Access Manager.

This document is intended for IT professionals who need to do a new install of Oracle Portal 11g and want to use Oracle Access Management (OAM) 11g as per the instructions in <Document 1364497.1>, "New Direction for Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g with Single Sign-On 10g".
