Symptoms

You want to run WebCenter Content (formerly UCM) as a Windows service; you also have SOA installed. You are able to start WCC from the command line, or from Weblogic Admin Server.

Using <Note 1060058.1> and <Note 1267820.1>, you are able to install the service. However, when you start the service the log shows:
